Apple Sauce Oat Crunch (Makes: 6-8 servings)
½ c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
½ tsp. cinnamon
2 c. White House Apple Sauce
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 ½ c. oats, uncooked
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted (or very light olive oil)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Stir together brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and White House Apple Sauce. Pour mixture into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle lemon juice over the top. In a separate bowl, mix together oats, sugar and butter. Spread over the top of apple sauce mixture. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.

Great served as is or top with a dollop of whipped topping. This also yummy used as a warm topping over vanilla ice cream.
