FAQs

What do I need?

You will need 7- 16oz. bottles of White House Foods DETOX or 14- 2oz shots. You can purchase this at Wal-Mart, Martins, Food Lion, Publix, Amazon, www.whitehousefoods.com

 

 

How do you DETOX?

Monday - Sunday you will wake up and drink half a 16oz bottle of DETOX, or 1 2oz shot. Then in the evening, you will drink the other half of the 16oz bottle or another 2oz shot. When it comes to before/after breakfast or dinner, that is up to you and preference. We recommend eating something small before drinking your morning DETOX, instead of on an empty stomach. Everyone is different, so if this is your first detox be patient with learning what works for you and your body.

 

 

How do you drink it?

This is also personal preference. Some ideas, cold with a straw, room temp with a straw, chug really fast, warm as a hot tea, over ice, diluted with water, mixed with a sugar free beverage (such a crystal light mix). Again, this may take you some time to figure out what works for you. Don't give up!

 

 

What do you eat?

We highly recommend 6 small meals/snacks throughout the day, but if normal 3 meals work best for your schedule--that's fine too. Try sticking with real-whole foods and avoid over processed foods. Remember, the goal is to DETOX this week... don't cancel out the good with over processed and high sugar foods.

 

 

Can I go about my daily life? How about working out?

This is NOT a harsh DETOX. You can go about life as normal. If you aren't feeling well at any point, drink more water or eat something small before you drink detox. Stay active. If you normally workout, continue as normal. If not, try to get active this week. Move your body.

 

 

What will my results look like?

Everyone's results are different. If this is your first detox or if you haven't done one in awhile, you may notice some bloating at the beginning of the week. Wednesday is the turning point - by the end of the day Wednesday, you should notice less bloat. Other results documented from previous groups are:

Better sleep, clearer skin, lost inches, reduced bloat, increased energy, decreased cravings, better focus, and better digestion.

 

Most importantly - drink lots of water!
